The taste of rice flour varies depending on the type. The deep-flavored rice flour (no pesticides used) from Kusaoka Farm in Shiga Prefecture creates the unique taste of AOI.
We also use beet sugar and domestic soybean flour to make each item with care, without using white sugar.
